We are looking for a creative and commercial Human Resources Business Partner to lead our Culture & People function. As a member of the Leadership Team and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of the agency as it enters its next big phase of growth.

As Culture & People Manager, you will thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments that allow people to shape their own destiny. Driving a culture centred around the Hardhat values of Hustle, Humility & Heart, ensuring these principles influence and are present in all people and workplace initiatives
Developing and delivering scalable culture and people strategies that support Hardhat’s strategic vision
Partnering with other members of the Leadership Team and advising on all things people related: talent development, performance management, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement and retention, organisational design and employee relations
Building the profile of the agency as well as your personal profile as a leader in your field, by attending and speaking at a variety of events and publishing articles
Executing and continuously improving all HR processes including performance and remuneration reviews, and onboarding
Providing coaching, counselling and development feedback to managers and employees
Managing end-to-end talent attraction and recruitment process, in collaboration with function leaders
Ensuring compliance with employment and OHS legislation
Leading and delivering ad-hoc projects, as required
